"Nice fabric, but I’m a little torn"
The fabric feels really nice and better than I expected. I’m happy with the quality overall, though I’m still kind of on the fence about whether it fully met what I had in mind

"Felt like I had to chase them for help"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, it kind of felt like I was the one stuck doing the work just to get an update. It took longer than I expected to hear back, and I ended up having to follow up before things actually moved along. To be fair, they did answer eventually and helped me in the end, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. But it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience, and I wish they’d been quicker about keeping me updated

"Sizing felt misleading"
I ordered my usual size thinking it would be fine, but the fit was really off. It was super tight in the chest and weirdly loose around the waist, so I started wondering if the sizing chart was just there to make it seem more reliable than it is. The return process was annoying too, which made the whole thing feel even more frustrating

I was expecting a bit more for what I paid. I’ve bought similar stuff before from smaller shops, so I had a good idea of what the quality should feel like, and this just didn’t quite hit that mark for me. It looked really cute online, but in person it felt kind of cheap. Shipping was fine and nothing was terrible, but for the price, I don’t think the quality matched up. Not the worst shop, just probably not one I’d buy from again.

As someone who likes finding pieces that feel current and a little more personal, I didn’t find much here that worked for me. The styles felt outdated, and the selection was smaller than I expected

"Refund was a bit of a slow burn"
I returned my order and did get my refund in the end, so that was a relief. It just took longer than I was expecting, which was a little frustrating at the time. Support did get back to me, but the replies weren’t exactly quick. Overall, it worked out, but I was definitely feeling a bit impatient waiting on it.

My order from shopemeryrose.com showed up just the way I chose it. The sizes, colors, and items were all correct, and nothing was missing. I was really happy about that since I’ve had wrong orders from other sites before. I’d definitely order again.
